Los Tacos de San Miguel

Israel, Josh, Izzy and I (this is Daniel here) scored THE best wavves we have gotten in a very long time at the 2013 Walter Coloca Open at San Miguel down in Ensenada this weekend. 4-6 foot rights rifled down the cobblestone point and at least one person a heat got shacked. Josh and I surfed our way through to the finals in the 16 and under division on Saturday and took first and second place. there were tons of shredders in the Mens Open division so Izzy and I got out in the first round, but Israel managed to make it to the second round. All in all it was a awesome weekend. EXCEPT for one guy who decided to threaten to beat me up, we had a great time.

there were definitely a few barrels to be had out there

After finally being released from the clutches of our family on Christmas Day, Israel and I met up with Jake to head down to the beach. Not expecting much, we were overjoyed to see glassy fun peaks up and down the beach. Here are some shots of the session. It might have been a Christmas miracle so you better like them. Merry Christmas!✌
